Refer & Earn
In the menu, open Reseller Program → Refer & Earn. "Share your code and earn part of the fee paid by the merchants you refer."
The item shows up when the account can use the manager console, has commission to receive or has already joined the program (see Being a manager).
The help button next to the title opens How Refer & Earn works, with the rule explained on the screen itself.
#Your referral code
Share the code. Whoever signs up with it becomes your referral.
- Code: your code. Copy copies the code.
- Sign-up link: the link to the sign-up screen with your code. Copy copies the link.
Whoever creates an account through that link becomes your referral, without typing anything (see Create an account).

The screen refreshes on its own.
#How the commission works
- Who counts as your referral: an account that signs up through your link or with your code.
- How much you earn: on every charge paid in Brazilian reais (BRL) by a referral, you get the fee the platform charged them, minus the part the platform keeps, as configured for your account. On the referral's completed BRL withdrawals, the same rule applies to the withdrawal fee. Operations in other currencies earn no commission.
- When the money is released: the commission starts as Pending and becomes Available after your account's release period. The date shows in the history.
- What reverses a commission: a refund cancels the still-pending commission in the same proportion as the amount refunded; a full refund also reverses commission already released or withdrawn. A MED on a charge reverses its commission. If the referral has no balance to cover the MED, the difference is held in your balance while the MED is not resolved in their favor.
#Commission history
The commissions generated by your referrals.

With no commission yet, the screen says there is no commission yet and asks you to share your code.
#Withdraw
Click Request withdrawal. The button stays locked while the withdrawable amount is below the minimum.
The withdrawal is the same as in the manager console: Pix, from Withdrawable now, with a review of the destination before sending. See the steps in Balance & withdrawals. Only people with the Owner or Administrator role on the account can withdraw the commission.
Each withdrawal is approved by the platform team before it is paid.
#Recent withdrawals
Your latest commission withdrawal requests, with Amount, PIX key, Status and Date. The statuses are Pending, Approved, Processing, Completed, Failed and Rejected.
