Settings

In Settings you take care of your account's data, brand and security. In the menu, open Account → Settings.

The screen has five tabs: Company, Integrations, Team, Security and Verification. Each tab saves only its own fields.

#Who can change what

People with the Member role can only change the phone, the communication language and the time zone. Everything else belongs to the Owner or the Administrator (see Team). For other roles, those fields are locked and the screen says who can change them.

#Company

#Identification

Read-only:

  • Email: the account's email.
  • The registration document, CPF or CNPJ.
  • Status: the account status, such as Pending verification, Verification in review, Active, Suspended or Blocked.
  • Tier: API Only, Branded checkout, White-label or Franchise.

#Communication language

In Language, pick Portuguese (Brazil) or English. The change saves right away.

It is the language of emails, statement lines and your team's dashboard. Anyone who picked another language in the top selector keeps their choice. Webhooks and the API don't change. See Time zone and language.

#Time zone

In Dashboard time zone, pick the account's time zone. The change saves right away. Dates, times, "today" and the date filters in your team's dashboard follow this time zone.

#Company details and Brand

  • The company's Name and Phone.
  • Brand: the visual identity your customers see in checkout and emails. Fill in Brand name, Logo URL and Primary color in the #RRGGBB format. With a valid color, the screen shows a sample next to it.
  • Custom domain: point a CNAME from your domain to the checkout address the screen shows under the field.

Click Save at the end of the card. A Member only saves the phone.

#Integrations

#Default webhook

Webhook URL is the address used when a specific endpoint isn't configured. Endpoints live in Webhooks. Click Save to store it.

#API Keys

Manage keys opens API Keys.

#Team

Manage team opens Team.

#Security

#Two-factor authentication

The Two-factor authentication card turns on the authenticator app for your user. See Two-factor authentication (2FA).

#Withdrawal and transfer security

Require 2FA for withdrawals and transfers: when it is on, every withdrawal or transfer request asks for the authenticator code. The lock applies to the whole account.

  • To turn it on, check the box. It saves right away.
  • To turn it off, uncheck it. The screen asks "Turn off 2FA for withdrawals and transfers?" and asks for the 2FA code from your authenticator app, or a recovery code. Click Turn it off. If you don't have 2FA active on your user, the screen does not ask for a code.

With a wrong code, the screen says "2FA code missing or invalid. 2FA for withdrawals is still on."

With the lock on, anyone who has not turned on 2FA on their own user cannot withdraw or transfer from the dashboard. See Withdrawals and Balance & Statement.
