Team
The Team screen shows who has access to your account and each person's role. In the menu, open Account → Team. You can also get there from Settings → Team → Manage team.
#The list
The top shows how many members the team has. The table has Name (with the email), Role, Last login ("Never" when the person has not signed in yet) and Since, the date the person joined the team.
#Roles
Each person has one role: Owner, Administrator or Member. When you pick the role in an invitation, the screen sums up what each one can do.
| What | Owner | Administrator | Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invite and add people | with any role | only as Member | no |
| Change someone's role or remove them | anyone | only people who are Member | no |
| See pending invitations | yes | yes | no |
| Revoke an invitation | any role | only a Member invitation | no |
| Issue, rotate and revoke API keys; change the allowed IPs | yes | yes | no |
| Create, change, test and delete webhooks; resend deliveries | yes | yes | no |
| Change name, brand, domain, default webhook and the 2FA lock on withdrawals | yes | yes | no |
| Change phone, communication language and time zone | yes | yes | yes |
| Cancel a pending withdrawal | yes | yes | no |
| Withdraw the manager commission | yes | yes | no |

The account always keeps at least one Owner: the last one cannot be removed or demoted.

#Invite someone
- Click Invite.
- Type the person's Email.
- Pick the Role. The default is Member. An Administrator can only invite as Member.
- Click Send invitation.
The person gets an email with the invitation link and sets their own password. See Accept an invitation.
The screen rejects the invitation when the email is already on the team or when there is already a pending invitation for it.
#Pending invitations
The Pending invitations card shows, for each invitation, the email, the role, who invited and when it expires. An expired invitation leaves the list.
Revoke cancels the invitation: the link that was sent stops working.
#Add someone directly
Add directly creates the user and puts them on the team right away, with no invitation.
- Click Add directly.
- Fill in Name, Email and Password. The password must have the minimum length the field shows, at least one uppercase letter and at least one number.
- Pick the Role.
- Click Create member.
The person signs in with that email and password, and can change the password in Settings → Security.
If the email already has an account, the screen says it already has one and asks you to use Invite, so the person accepts through the link in the email.
#Change a role
In the Role column, open the person's role and pick the new one. The screen asks you to confirm and sums up what the new role can do. Promoting someone to Owner gives that person power over everything, including the other owners.
You cannot change your own role: on your row, the role shows with no option to change it.
#Remove someone or leave the team
The Remove button (the trash icon) is at the end of the row. When you confirm, the person loses access to the account right away.
An Administrator also sees the button on their own row, to Leave the team. You lose access right away and, to come back, someone on the team needs to invite you again. The Owner does not have this button on their own row.
