Audit log
The Audit log shows the actions recorded on your account: who did it, when, from where and the outcome. It is read-only: no row can be changed or deleted. In the menu, open Account → Audit log.
Anyone on the team can see the audit log.
#What shows up
- What the people on your team did that was recorded, such as signing in, changing the password, turning on 2FA, creating a webhook or saving a Pix key for withdrawals.
- Some actions of the platform team on your account, such as changing the account status, changing your fees or reviewing a verification document. On those rows, the Actor shows as "Platform team", with no name, email or origin.
- Withdrawal requests rejected before becoming a withdrawal, including the ones made through the API, with the action "Withdrawal request rejected". See Withdrawals.
An action with no name of its own on the screen shows as "Account action".
