Home

Home is the first screen of your account. It shows how much you can withdraw now, what needs your attention and how sales went. In the menu, click Home.

Dates and times follow your account's time zone, written next to each value ("… time"). See Time zone and language.

#Two views

Home has two views: the classic one, which opens by default, and the new one. To switch, use the button at the top of the screen: See the new view or Back to the classic view. The choice applies to your user, in this browser.

If your account has a balance in more than one currency, Display values in picks the currency of the numbers. With All currencies, amounts in other currencies are converted and marked as estimates.

#Classic view

The screen is called Dashboard. Four cards sit at the top:

CardWhat it shows
Available to withdrawwhat you can withdraw now, withdrawal fee already taken out. When an amount is held by a MED, the line below says how much.
In retentionsales that have not reached your available balance yet. When the date is known, the line below shows the next release.
Received in periodthe volume received in the last 7 days
Next withdrawalthe oldest withdrawal in progress and the step it is at. With no withdrawal in progress, the Withdraw button shows up.

When there is an open MED, a notice above the cards shows how many disputes there are, the amount in dispute and how much is held or was already debited from your wallet. Click the notice to open Disputes & MED Cases (see Disputes & MED Cases).

With All currencies in Display values in, the Show estimated consolidated button shows an approximate total of all currencies. It is only a reference: it is not used for settlement or fees.

Once the account has movement, the screen shows the Processed volume · last 7 days chart, the By method split and Recent movements. View all opens Transactions. While the account has no movement, Getting started shows up in their place.

#New view

The new view has two versions: Simple and Full. It opens in Simple; the choice applies to your user, in this browser.

#Available to withdraw

The top card is the same in both versions. The big number is what you can withdraw now, withdrawal fee already taken out. If the fee cannot be worked out at that moment, the screen says so and shows the wallet balance.

Below it you see:

  • Held: the amount set apart for an open MED, until the bank decides. When something is held, See the MEDs opens the MED list.
  • To be released: sales still in the holding period. When the date is known, the screen shows the next release. See in the statement opens Balance & Statement.
  • Commission: only shows up if your account also earns partner commission. The commission is withdrawn from the partner area: Open partner area.

Next to the card are the Charge button, which creates a Pix charge, and Withdraw, which opens the withdrawal screen. On a phone, both sit at the bottom of the screen.

#Simple

When something is pending, a line above the balance sums it up: MEDs waiting for a reply, a MED deadline running out, a withdrawal with a problem, a withdrawal stuck for over 24 h or the company verification. Open Full switches to the full version. With nothing pending, the line does not show.

Below the balance are today's Transactions overview and the Volume and trend chart, with the periods Today, 7 days and 30 days.

#Full

Full shows To do today, Today's sales and the Transactions overview.

To do today lists only what needs an action from you:

  • A MED waiting for a reply: the amount, the deadline, when the dispute arrived and how much is held, or whether the amount already left your balance. Reply opens the MED. With many MEDs, a link leads to the list of those waiting for a reply.
  • A recent withdrawal that ended with a problem (failed, rejected, went out in part or was returned by the bank) or a withdrawal in progress for more than 24 h. View withdrawal opens the details right there. When the amount is already back in your available balance, the button is Make a new withdrawal.
  • Company verification: how many documents are missing or were rejected. Send documents opens Getting started.

With nothing pending, the block says Nothing to do right now. If a check fails, the block says it could not check that item and offers Try again.

Today's sales shows the day's gross, how many charges were paid and the latest paid sales. See all opens Transactions already filtered on today's paid payments.

Transactions overview shows, for today: Success rate, Approved, Approved volume, Total, Pending, Expired and Average time.

#Getting started

In the new view, Getting started shows up until the company is verified and the account has movement.

#Manager invite

When a manager invites your account, a notice on Home shows who invited you and the proposed pay-in and payout fees, with Accept and Decline. Once you accept, your fees become the ones in the invite.

#Commission-only account

If your account only earns partner commission, Home shows the cards Available commission, Pending commission and Total commission earned, without the merchant balance.

#What the platform team chooses

Some Home blocks are set by the platform team: notices, banners, texts and links published for your account and, in the new view, which sections and indicators show up. That is why your Home may have more or fewer blocks than this page describes.
