Faturamento

The Faturamento (revenue) screen shows your consolidated revenue for the last 30 days, split into domestic and international. In the menu, open Reports → Faturamento.

The period is always that one, counted in your account's time zone, including today. The screen has no period filter and refreshes by itself while it is open.

Revenue, here, is the amount of the paid charges, before fees. Each paid charge counts on the day it was created.

Test charges are not counted.

#Currency of the totals

Totals are shown in the currency picked in Display values in, at the top of the screen. With All currencies, they are shown in your account's default currency. The same choice applies to Metrics, Balance & Statement and Fees.

When there is revenue in another currency, it is converted with a reference exchange rate and the amount gets a "≈" in front. It is an estimate for comparison, not a statement amount. The per-currency amounts, in Revenue by currency and Volume by method, are always shown in their own currency.

If you used Hide balances at the top of the dashboard, amounts show as dots until you click Show balances.

#Total consolidated revenue

The main card shows the Total consolidated revenue and, right below it, the change in the period: the last day compared with the first day that had revenue.

  • Transactions: how many charges were created in the period, paid or not.
  • Average ticket: revenue divided by the number of paid charges.
  • Active currencies: how many currencies had revenue in the period.

#Trend and breakdown

The Trend and breakdown chart has two views:

  • Volume: the revenue of each day. The buttons next to it pick one currency or all of them together.
  • Methods: revenue by payment method, one currency at a time.

#Revenue by currency

One card per currency, from largest to smallest: the amount in its own currency, its share of the consolidated total, the converted amount and how many paid charges there were.

#Domestic and international

  • Domestic: Brazil (BRL).
  • International: the other currencies, outside Brazil.

Each one shows the amount and its share of the total.

#Volume by method

The Volume by method table has Method, Volume, Transactions and Share, with one row for each method in each currency. With no data, it shows "No method data in the period."

#No revenue in the period

With no paid charge in the period, the screen shows "No revenue in the period." If the data does not arrive, the screen shows Failed to load data with the Try again button.

To see each charge, open Transactions. For the balance you can already withdraw, open Balance & Statement.
