Partner console
In the menu, open Reseller Program → Participants. The item only shows up for people who are partners in some operation. The screen is called Partner console: "How much you bill per period and in each operation. Balances only show for operations where you hold a share."
An operation enters the console in two ways: you hold a share in it (the console shows your percentage) or it was referred by you (the console shows referred).
#Your billing
Pick the period: This month, Last month, 30 days, 90 days or All.
- The total for the period, by currency (reais first), and how many transactions it includes.
- When it can be compared, the change from the previous month, with ▲ or ▼.
- A bar chart of the last months, in reais.
#Operations
The list shows each operation with your earnings in the period, from the one that earns most to the one that earns least. Click an operation to open the detail:
- Your share: your percentage.
- Total accrued earnings: everything you have earned from that operation.
- Operation balances: the balance per currency, with the pending amount in brackets. It only shows for operations where you hold a share; for referred ones, the screen says balances are only visible for operations with a share.
#Operation management
Click Operation management to open the actions. Each action only shows when the platform team has enabled it for you.
Lock the operation. With the operation active, Suspend and Block stop the merchant's charges until you unlock it. The screen asks for confirmation first. Unlock only shows when the lock was applied by a partner. When the lock is the platform's, the screen says "Locked by the platform. Only the platform can unlock it." When the operation is not active yet, the screen says "The operation is not active yet (KYC pending)."
Approve withdrawals. Pending withdrawals shows your approval limit and the operation's pending withdrawals.
- Click Approve on the withdrawal. The button is locked for withdrawals above your limit.
- The confirmation shows Operation, Amount and Pix key. The Pix goes out right away to that key and does not come back.
- Click Approve and pay with the amount.
For a crypto withdrawal, the confirmation shows no Pix key: the transfer goes out right away and does not come back.
Merchant providers. The list shows the providers set up on the operation. To add one, pick it in Assign an enabled provider… and click Assign. Only the providers enabled for you show up.
#Enabled providers
The last card lists the providers the platform team has enabled for you to assign. With none, the screen asks you to contact Rotta Pay.
